Job summary

Wpromote is seeking an Associate Director, Influencer & Creator Marketing to lead strategy and operations for a portfolio of client accounts. You will provide senior counsel, ensure high-quality execution, and drive measurable business impact across influencer and creator initiatives.

You will guide campaign planning, measurement, and storytelling, while coaching team members and managing enterprise relationships. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level influencer/creator programs across multiple brands or markets.
• Strong client-service, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations and compelling stories.
• Hands-on ownership of complex client programs with strategic audits and growth.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Lead complex strategy, campaign planning, execution challenges, measurement, and executive-ready storytelling.
• Manage enterprise-level clients with senior guidance and escalation support when needed.
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and major campaign workstreams, staffing, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer/creator marketing into broader plans.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance conversations and career planning.
