Job summary

Wpromote is seeking an Associate Director of Influencer & Creator Marketing to lead strategy and operations across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll guide complex campaigns, ensure quality, and deliver measurable business impact while mentoring a team within our Creative organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in influencer/creator marketing; agency or in-house
• 1+ year of people-management experience
• Experience leading enterprise-level programs across multiple brands or regions
• Strong measurement skills and ability to connect program results to business objectives
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social analytics tools
• Understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across influencer/creator accounts
• Coach and mentor team members and guide campaign QAs
• Manage a select book of enterprise-level clients and build trusted relationships
• Develop full-funnel influencer and creator strategies aligned with client objectives
• Guide creator discovery, outreach, negotiations, content reviews, and reporting
• Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure smooth transitions
