Job summary

Brilliant, a fully remote performance marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Director of Influencer & Celebrity to lead a team of influencer specialists and scale multi-channel campaigns. You will own client relationships, set strategy, and manage budgets to drive ROI across paid, earned, and affiliate channels.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in influencer marketing for consumer brands, with 4+ years managing teams, and a strong track record across categories.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of influencer marketing experience in consumer products.
• At least 4 years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of leading multi-channel influencer campaigns.
• Strong ability to grow existing accounts and win new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of influencer specialists.
• Manage influencer budgets and talent spend.
• Develop and scale processes and tech stack for the team.
• Own client relationships and strategic recommendations.
• Lead campaigns from strategy through reporting and optimization.
