Job summary

SICK Sensor Intelligence is seeking an experienced field sales professional for a remote role based from home with regular travel in the United States. You will drive growth within strategic Storage & Conveyor sectors, selling products, services, systems and solutions to named accounts.

You will act as a trusted advisor, maintain CRM data for customer interactions, and build direct relationships to address customers' manufacturing needs with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex, high-technology industrial automation solutions and sensor products through direct sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with either academic or experiential orientation toward technical sales.
• Professional fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted technical advisor to customers and sell SICK, INC. solutions and Lifetime Services.
• Use and maintain the CRM system for customer and sales data to ensure teamwork and transparent customer experience.
• Develop direct customer relationships using understanding of customers' production needs and technical language.
• Identify and qualify opportunities; understand account potential and competition.
• Pursue sales excellence and participate in trade shows and marketing presentations.
