AECOM seeks a Vice President, Industrial Market Sector Leader for the West Environment line. This senior executive will drive growth, lead strategic accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-site environmental services.

The role emphasizes client executive engagement, market strategy, and opportunities development across chemicals, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. Remote work options are available with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 12 years of experience with 4 years in environmental consulting leadership.
• Proven success in winning large, complex environmental engagements.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in priority segments.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence teams.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and advance strategic accounts and pursuits from early positioning through capture.
• Set and execute the West industrial growth strategy with actionable plans.
• Lead CAM for priority accounts and coordinate account teams.
• Represent AECOM with executive stakeholders and lead strategic workshops.
• Package capabilities with technical leaders and take solutions to market.
