Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 12 years of experience or equivalency, including 4 years of leadership in environmental consulting with growth responsibilities.
• Success in winning large, complex environmental engagements.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in priority segments.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence teams in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Act as growth leader and client executive for the West Environment business.
• Originate and advance strategic accounts from positioning to capture and award.
• Set and execute the West industrial growth strategy with actionable plans and pipeline.
