This senior leader will execute the industrial market agenda, serving as a senior seller and Client Account Manager, shaping opportunities and positioning AECOM to win complex, multi-site environmental work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 12 years of experience with 4 years of leadership in environmental consulting.
• Proven success in winning large, complex environmental engagements.
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers in priority segments.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Originate and advance strategic accounts and pursuits from early positioning through capture.
• Set and execute the West industrial growth strategy with actionable plans.
• Integrate capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions.
• Serve as CAM for priority accounts and build cross-functional relationships.
• Lead executive workshops and sponsor selected strategic accounts.
