Responsibilities

Develop an industrial growth plan with market priorities and targets.
Originate and advance strategic accounts and pursuits from early positioning through capture strategy and award.
Set and execute the West industrial growth strategy, translating it into actionable plans and a qualified pipeline.
Integrate AECOM’s capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions.
Coach teams on executive engagement and client-value messaging.
Prioritize events to improve access and visibility, converting participation into opportunities.
