Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Delivery Manager, Incident Response Partner Services to drive coordinated incident response engagements with partners and customers. This remote role emphasizes high-quality investigations, partner training, and thought leadership within a leading IT space.

You will bridge external partners, internal specialists, and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure effective investigations, with opportunities to mentor teams and shape incident response practices.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in incident response or information security.
• Proven leadership in managing teams in a consulting environment.
• Strong background in forensic analysis and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with network protocols and analysis tools.
• Experience in developing partner relationships in incident response.
• Knowledge of cloud incident response methodologies.
• Ability to mentor and coach teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident response engagements with partners
• Facilitate communication between partners and the incident response team
• Align investigation objectives with customer and partner expectations
• Train partners on advanced forensic methods
