Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Partner Services Delivery Manager to oversee forensic investigations conducted by CrowdStrike’s trusted partners.

You will coordinate with incident response leadership, manage client expectations, and ensure high-quality results during high-stakes investigations. The role requires deep incident response and forensics experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor partner teams while communicating effectively with executives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading incident response investigations.
• Experience managing partner relationships in a consulting environment.
• Background in incident response for sophisticated threats (APT, organized crime, hacktivists).
• Proficient in computer forensics and network forensics across Windows, Mac, Linux.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident response engagements performed by CrowdStrike’s partners.
• Coordinate between partner responders and CrowdStrike’s incident response practice.
• Align customer and partner scopes, objectives, and effort.
• Support partners in communicating with executives on forensics and malware analysis.
• Train partners on new hunting methods and data analysis across large datasets.
• Coordinate with outside counsel when needed.
• Mentor partners on advanced host/network forensics across multiple OS.
• Review reports for stakeholders to ensure CrowdStrike quality standards.
