CrowdStrike is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead Incident Response Partner Services from a remote location. You will oversee partner-led investigations, align objectives with customer leadership, and ensure high-quality results across diverse security incidents.

You will coordinate with CrowdStrike’s IR leadership and partner teams, train responders, and drive strategic recommendations to improve client security posture using AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading incident response engagements and teams.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to executives.
• Experience developing and managing partner relationships in consulting/IR.

Responsabilités

• Oversee incident response engagements performed by CrowdStrike’s partners.
• Provide practical connections between partner responders and CrowdStrike’s incident response practice.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, and CrowdStrike leadership on scope and objectives of investigations.
• Mentor partners on advanced host/network forensics methods across Windows, Mac, Linux.
• Review reports and ensure alignment with CrowdStrike quality standards.
