Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Previous remote customer service experience in a call-based role.
• Strong verbal communication and rapid rapport-building abilities.
• Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
• Comfortable reading directions and following processes remotely.
• Must pass credentialing and background checks.
• Proficient in web navigation and common office apps (MS Teams/Outlook/Word).
• Fluent reading/speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls and delivering a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
• Assisting with basic technical troubleshooting and creating support tickets when needed.
• Scheduling appointments at designated service locations.
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and resolutions.
• Conducting follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers stay informed.
• Providing consistent, high-quality service in a structured, supportive environment.
