Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking inbound Customer Service Representatives for a fully remote role, supporting government-based programs and services nationwide. You will handle calls, troubleshoot basic issues, schedule appointments, and document interactions in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

We value dependable, thoughtful individuals who work well independently yet stay connected with a remote team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required (additional education preferred).
• Prior remote customer service experience, especially in call-based environments.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently.
• Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and follow directions completely.
• Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process.
• In-depth understanding of web navigation, computer applications, multitasking (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word).
• Must be able to read, understand and speak English fluently.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and create support tickets as needed.
• Schedule appointments at designated service locations.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and completely.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers stay informed.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service in a structured, supportive environment.
