Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (additional education preferred).
• Prior remote customer service experience, ideally in a call or ticket-based environment.
• Tech-savvy mindset with an in-depth understanding of web navigation, computer applications, and multitasking (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently and follow detailed directions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Comfort working remotely with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
• Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process.
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English language.

Responsibilities

• Update and document account detail, track communications, and identify areas for additional support; document all customer interactions.
• Inbound inquiry handling: answer calls and emails for a positive, solution-focused experience; basic technical troubleshooting as needed.
• Schedule appointments at designated service locations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers stay informed.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service in a structured, supportive environment.
