Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative who will be the first point of contact for families seeking senior care options. The role is remote, based from a home office, with shifts and a 40-hour week.

You will educate families on options and guide them to suitable communities, aiming to schedule tours and moves. You must have 2+ years in inside sales, a track record of meeting targets, and strong CRM/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for families seeking senior care options.
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from a home office on an assigned shift.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to communities/providers.
• Act as liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after training.
• Meet daily production benchmarks and drive tours/move-ins.
