Cable One, including the Sparklight brand, is hiring for Business Inbound Sales Representatives - Interim Work From Home. You will handle inbound retention calls, propose beneficial offers, and input orders accurately using multiple systems to maintain service levels.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in customer service, an outgoing sales mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. Remote work is possible if the right candidate is found, with preference for Phoenix-area remote work options.

Formación

• At least six months of customer service experience; call center is a plus.
• Proactive, persistent approach to drive commitments.
• Outgoing personality with ability to direct conversations and close sales.
• Good listening, empathy and problem-solving to provide workable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls to retain services and protect gross revenue.
• Build rapport with customers through empathetic listening.
• Identify issues and propose sales-based resolutions.
• Meet monthly metrics and maintain high call quality per procedure.
• Accurately input orders using multiple order entry programs.
