Cable One and Sparklight are hiring a Business Inbound Sales Representative - Interim Work From Home. You will handle inbound calls from current customers requesting service changes, focusing on retaining Sparklight services and gross revenue on each interaction.

We value empathy, persistence, and the ability to close sales. You will meet monthly metrics, input orders across multiple programs, and stay informed about competing offers.

Qualifications

• At least six months experience in customer service; call center helpful.
• Outgoing with ability to direct conversations and close sales.
• Excellent listening with patience and empathy to present solutions.
• Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Tech-savvy and able to input orders quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls from current customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected and works to retain Sparklight services and gross revenue on each transaction.
• Listens with empathy to build rapport with the customer.
• Identifies issues and offers resolutions using creative sales techniques.
• Achieves monthly key metrics and high call quality through call flow structure, persuasive skills, and adherence to schedules.
• Accurately and efficiently inputs orders using multiple order entry programs.
• Maintains current knowledge and understanding of competitors’ offers in order to provide our customers beneficial offers with Sparklight.
