Cable One, including Sparklight, is hiring a Business Inbound Sales Representative - Interim Work From Home. You will handle inbound requests, retain customers, and present compelling offers to close sales, with a focus on service continuity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• At least six months in customer service; call center experience is a plus.
• Be proactive, persistent, and able to direct conversations to close sales.
• Exhibit resilience and stay composed under challenging circumstances.
• Technical pace: keep up with product improvements and new features.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls from customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected and aims to retain service and revenue.
• Listens with empathy to build rapport and provide beneficial offers.
• Identifies issues and offers resolutions using sales techniques.
• Achieves monthly metrics and high call quality through structured call flows and schedules.
• Inputs orders accurately using multiple order-entry programs.
