Cable One, Sparklight, is hiring a Business Inbound Sales Representative - Interim Work From Home. You will handle inbound calls, retain customers, and cross-sell bundled services while meeting monthly metrics and maintaining high call quality.

The role supports remote work for the right candidate, with flexibility around Phoenix, AZ. A proactive, outgoing style and strong listening skills are key to success in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Outgoing individuals who can direct conversations and close sales.
• Ability to listen with patience and empathy and present workable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from current customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected and work to retain Sparklight services and gross revenue on each transaction.
• Listen with empathy to build rapport with the customer.
• Identify issues and offer resolutions using creative sales techniques.
• Achieve monthly key metrics and high call quality through call flow structure, persuasive skills, and adherence to schedules.
• Accurately and efficiently inputs orders using multiple order entry programs.
• Maintains current knowledge and understanding of competitors’ offers to provide customers beneficial offers with Sparklight.
