Cable One and Sparklight are expanding their team of Business Inbound Sales Representatives for interim work-from-home. You will handle inbound calls from current customers seeking to disconnect or modify services, with the goal of retaining customers and protecting gross revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in customer service; call center a plus.
• Able to push for results and close sales after rejection.
• Outgoing personality; able to direct conversations and close sales.
• Strong problem-solving with patience and empathy.
• Comfortable with fast-changing tech products.
• Reliability and regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers requesting service removals or changes and work to retain Sparklight services and revenue.
• Listen with empathy to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Identify issues and offer resolutions using effective sales techniques.
• Meet monthly metrics and maintain high call quality through structured call flow and diplomacy.
• Accurately input orders using multiple order entry programs.
• Stay knowledgeable about competitors’ offers to provide beneficial Sparklight offers.
