Ignition CX is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative to support national brands. You will handle inbound inquiries, identify needs, and close sales with a consultative approach in a fully remote, W-2 role.

Paid training is provided, with comprehensive benefits and uncapped commissions. The position requires a 40-hour workweek and onboarding that leads to ongoing coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.

• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
