Cable One is seeking an inbound Sales Representative for an interim work-from-home role to support Sparklight customers with internet, phone, and video services. The role focuses on retaining customers, closing sales, and achieving key metrics while using multiple order entry tools.

Candidates with customer service experience and a proactive, outbound mindset are encouraged. Remote arrangements may be possible for the right candidate, with strong emphasis on resilience and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Proactive and persistent when engaging customers.
• Outgoing individuals who can direct conversations and close sales.
• Strong listening and empathy to present workable solutions.
• Ability to adapt to product improvements and keep pace with changes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from current customers to remove or disconnect services and strive to retain Sparklight services and revenue.
• Build rapport with customers through empathetic listening.
• Identify issues and offer resolutions using sales techniques.
• Meet monthly metrics and maintain high call quality through structured call flow and adherence to schedules.
• Input orders accurately using multiple order entry programs.
• Stay informed about competitors’ offers to present beneficial Sparklight options.
