Cable One, including the Sparklight brand, is seeking a Business Inbound Sales Representative - Interim Work From Home. You will handle inbound calls from current customers to retain services and grow revenue while delivering helpful, proactive support.

The role focuses on broadband, phone, and video services, requiring empathy, strong sales skills, and the use of multiple order entry programs to close deals.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
• Proactive, persistent customer engagement and ability to close sales.

• Ability to keep pace with product improvements and a fast-changing tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from current customers requesting service removals or disconnections and work to retain Sparklight services and revenue.
• Build rapport with customers by listening with empathy.
• Identify issues and offer resolutions using creative sales techniques.
• Achieve monthly metrics and high call quality through structured call flow, persuasion, and schedules.
• Accurately input orders using multiple order entry programs.
• Stay informed about competitors’ offers to provide beneficial Sparklight options.
