A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for families seeking senior care solutions. This remote role works on a 40-hour schedule with evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.

You will conduct consultations, educate families on options, and coordinate with communities and providers after training to drive move-ins and exceptional family experiences.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and take notes while on calls.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel and ability to learn CRM.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from a home office.
• Conduct initial consultation calls with families.
