Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring for a remote Inbound Sales Representative. You will handle approximately 15-25 inbound calls daily, focusing on upselling and solving customer needs for telecommunications and home services brands.

This 100% remote role offers paid training, benefits, and an uncapped commission structure. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with strong coaching support.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Grit, resilience, confidence and a strong sales drive are essential.
• Ability to handle objections and multitask across applications.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Complete onboarding and certification remotely after training.
• Participate in ongoing coaching with a Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a remote setting.
• Earn uncapped commission with a base pay of $10 per hour.
