Job summary

Ignition CX is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) to join our national remote team. You will handle 15-25 inbound calls daily, use consultative selling to recommend TV, internet, and related services, and work toward personal sales goals with coaching support.

This full-time role offers paid onboarding, uncapped commissions, and a structured earning program. Requires strong communication and resilience; BYOE equipment, and ET shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Resilience, confidence handling objections, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills, ability to multitask, and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 15-25 inbound customer calls daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Use consultative selling to identify needs and recommend TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Handle objections, create sales opportunities, and close on the initial call.
• Meet individual sales goals and participate in ongoing coaching.
