Job summary

Ignition CX is seeking a remote Inbound Sales Representative to drive growth from home. You will handle inbound calls, assess customer needs, and recommend TV, internet, and phone services, aiming to close on the first contact. The role includes paid onboarding, training, and uncapped commissions.

Four weekdays plus Saturdays, with BYOE equipment and a supportive team. Base pay starts at $10 per hour, with commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound sales or consultative selling.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay coachable.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 15-25 inbound customer calls daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Use consultative selling to identify needs and recommend TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Handle objections, create sales opportunities, and close sales on the initial call.
• Meet individual sales goals and participate in ongoing coaching.
