Ignition CX US LLC is hiring for a fully remote, full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representative. You will handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and close sales with a consultative approach. The role includes paid training, a four-week onboarding program, and ongoing coaching.

The position offers a base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training, with uncapped earnings and comprehensive benefits. Shifts end by 8:00 PM EST, and BYOE is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong grit and resilience for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time remotely.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings.
