Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative for a full-time, work-from-home role. You will handle inbound calls, identify needs, and close sales with a consultative approach. A paid four-week onboarding and sales certification program is provided, followed by ongoing coaching.

The company offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission structure in a fully remote environment. 40-hour weeks with shifts ending by 8 PM EST and BYOE setup required.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a remote home-office setup.
• Comfortable multitasking with multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle 15-25 inbound calls per day.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Close sales using consultative approach.
• Complete a paid four-week onboarding and certification.
• Participate in ongoing coaching with Team Leader.
• Maintain a full-time 40-hour schedule in a remote setting.
