Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist to join a healthcare technology team. This remote role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into qualified opportunities, with emphasis on consultative selling and timely follow-ups.

You will engage with prospects via phone and video, qualify needs, and guide early sales stages. You’ll work with an existing team and grow into pipeline ownership and closing responsibilities as you perform.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in inside sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience handling a high volume of leads and conversations.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience using a CRM to track prospects and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and video.
• Qualify leads based on needs and interest level.
• Explain offerings and articulate value to prospects.
• Manage a high volume of prospect interactions and follow-ups.
• Schedule sales conversations and move qualified opportunities forward.
• Maintain CRM records with notes and next steps.
• Support team during high inbound lead volume and build pipeline.
