Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for a full-time, 100% remote role. You will handle approximately 15-25 inbound calls daily, focusing on telecom and home services, with paid training and uncapped commissions.

This position offers a base pay of $10 per hour plus commissions after training, with four weeks of onboarding and ongoing coaching. Fully remote onboarding and certification are provided; the company supports a remote work setup and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Training provided to help you succeed.
• Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour remote schedule.
• Base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and identify customer needs.
• Close sales using consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Complete paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification.
• Participate in ongoing coaching with Team Leader.
• Maintain a 40-hour schedule in a remote environment.
• Work with uncapped commissions and no earnings ceiling.
