Job summary

Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and warm leads from day one, training remotely and earning commission alongside base pay. Eligible candidates will pursue Property & Casualty licensing with paid training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads; consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages to convert leads into policyholders.
• Assist customers in selecting products and benefits that fit their individual needs.
• Maintain knowledge of licensing requirements and participate in paid training and licensing when applicable.
