Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads in a remote training environment. You will learn and be licensed in Property & Casualty, with paid training time and a structured 16–18 week program depending on licensing status.

Starting base salary is $45K with potential to grow to $75K and beyond through commissions, with a national scope for licensing across states. Flexible work arrangements and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs.
• Match correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
