Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverages and converting leads into policyholders.

From day one you will train in a remote environment; licensing is provided as part of the program. Expect a schedule with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities for earnings growth through commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads; consult customers on insurance needs
• Match correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
• Work with resident-state licensing requirements; paid training includes licensing
• Maintain professional workspace and adhere to W@H requirements and schedule
