Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads in a remote training environment. You will learn licensing and licensing requirements while contributing to a high-growth sales team.

Starting with paid training, you can earn base salary with commissions as you qualify for Property & Casualty licensing. This role supports a wide geographic area and offers strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess insurance needs
• Match coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
