Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads in a remote work environment. From day one you’ll begin paid training, and licensing is included if you don’t yet hold a Property & Casualty license.

The role offers paid training (16 weeks licensed hires, 18 weeks unlicensed), comprehensive benefits from day one, no cold calls, and a path to licensing in all 50 states with generous earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.
• Work in a remote environment with paid training and licensing included.
• No cold calls; all incoming warm leads; opportunities for rewards and recognition.
