You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages to create policyholders. Starting with paid training and licensing, you can grow through generous commissions; base salary starts at $45K, with earnings averaging $55K-$75K and top performers earning $85K+.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
