Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational abilities.
• Strong typing and PC proficiency; license required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads in a remote contact center.
• Consult with customers on insurance needs and match coverages.
