Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching coverages and products to convert leads into policyholders. Starting with paid training and licensing (P&C license) in a remote work environment, you’ll join a Fortune 100 company that supports your development and rewards performance with generous commissions and benefits.

Expected schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with training extending 16–18 weeks depending on licensing status,

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities
