Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance options and converting leads into policyholders. Training includes licensing with paid time; a Property & Casualty license is earned after completion.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• As Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
• Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.
