A leading call center service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project in Springfield, Missouri. The position requires a minimum of 6 months phone experience and the ability to work independently. You will be answering calls for various non-profit organizations, with a focus on donation calls. Interested candidates should be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. Certification will be required prior to project commencement, with onboarding available within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably in a call center.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must type 40 WPM or higher.
