Job summary

A customer service provider is seeking experienced professionals for their Winter Campaign Project based in Livingston, Montana. You will assist with taking donation calls, requiring excellent communication skills and a minimum of 6 months telephone experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must demonstrate call control.

Responsibilities

• Become certification ready before the certification deadline.
