Job summary

A customer service organization is seeking experienced professionals to assist in their winter campaign. Independent Contractors will handle inbound donation calls for various non-profits. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of phone experience and must type 40 WPM. Certification will begin on October 15th, and candidates must complete it within 14 days. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.

Responsibilities
