Job summary

A customer service company is seeking experienced professionals for a winter campaign project starting in late November. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months telephone experience, a typing speed of 40 WPM, and excellent communication skills. As an independent contractor, successful agents will assist in answering inbound calls and handling donations for non-profit organizations. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of formal telephone experience, preferably in a call center.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge is required.
• Must have strong listening skills and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities
