Job summary

A customer service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project starting in late November. Candidates should have at least 6 months of telephone experience and strong communication skills. Independent Contractors will provide customer service for inbound calls, requiring self-direction and motivation. The project offers a larger earning potential for successful candidates, with certification starting mid-October. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from enthusiastic callers.
• Provide skills and expertise to clients.
• Complete the entire certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
