Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to handle inbound customer inquiries about goods and services with a helpful, professional attitude. This at-home role requires BYOD and serves clients across multiple states, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and more.

You will answer questions about debit card incentives, orders, and balances, following scripts and escalating when needed. The position offers full- or part-time hours with paid training and a focus on quality service.

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience preferred (3–6 months).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow call scripts and document interactions.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability to cross-train.
• Operate via BYOD and remain compliant with security policies.
• Be available to work shifts 7:00am–9:00pm CST, Mon–Fri and some weekends.
