Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls from customers nationwide. You will assist with debit card incentives, orders, and balances, following scripts to ensure accurate and helpful responses.

A BYOD setup is required, and candidates must be 18+ with ability to pass a background check. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with shifts between 7:00am–9:00pm CST, and training typically lasts 2–5 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age and capable of passing a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers.
• Follow scripted procedures to address inquiries on debit card incentives, orders, and balances.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and upsell products when appropriate.
• Access company resources to resolve issues and maintain professional interactions.
• Stay punctual and maintain a positive, customer-focused demeanor.
• Be flexible to cross-train as needed and work with BYOD requirements.
