Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring remote customer service representatives to handle inbound calls from customers about goods and services. You will follow scripts, identify needs, and provide solutions while maintaining a professional attitude.

This BYOD role offers paid training, and a shift differential for night and weekend shifts, with schedules Mon-Fri and every other weekend. Training is 2–5 days.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service experience preferred.
• 3–6 months call center or office background a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access company resources to accurately handle the call.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain composure and professionalism on calls.
• Be available at desk, punctuality and attendance.
• Remain positive in all customer interactions.
• Cross-train as requested.
