Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to handle inbound calls from customers about goods and services for clients of Five Star Call Centers. This BYOD role is work‑at‑home for residents of listed states, with shifts 6:00am–6:00pm MST, paid training, and opportunities to upsell. Requires 18+, basic computer skills, and reliability.

EOE/Verifications may apply. Positions are Full Time or Part Time Temporary, 16–40 hours weekly, with a $14 per hour base and a $1 night/weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Prior 3–6 months of customer service or support experience is preferred.
• Call center or office background is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be a quick learner and able to work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company and client resources to resolve calls accurately.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Switch between tasks smoothly without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Be at your desk, punctual and present at all scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional in all interactions.
