Cable One (Sparklight) is hiring for an Interim Work From Home inbound sales role. You will handle customer calls to retain services, propose beneficial offers, and input orders across multiple systems.

We value empathy, persistence, and the ability to close sales while meeting monthly metrics. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. Remote work is possible from select locations in the US.

Formación

• Six months minimum experience in customer service; call center experience is a plus.
• Proactive and persistent; able to push for a sale after objections.
• Outgoing personality; able to direct conversations and close sales.
• Strong problem-solving with patience and empathy.
• Adaptable to product updates and tech changes.
• Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Answers inbound calls from current customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected and works to retain Sparklight services and gross revenue on each transaction.
• Listens with empathy to build rapport with the customer.
• Identifies issues and offers resolutions using creative sales techniques.
• Achieves monthly key metrics and high call quality through call flow structure, persuasive skills, and adherence to schedules.
• Accurately and efficiently inputs orders using multiple order entry programs.
• Maintains current knowledge and understanding of competitors’ offers in order to provide our customers beneficial offers with Sparklight.
